We collect what we need to build and run the website or assistant you asked for, we never sell your information, and we don't run ad-trackers on this site. If you want your data deleted, email us and we'll do it.
When you fill out our questionnaire, we collect what you tell us: your name, business name, email, phone, and details about your business and what you want built (site goals, pages, how your assistant should behave, and similar). If you upload files — a logo, photos, documents — we store those too, so we can use them in your build.
If you make a purchase, Stripe (our payment processor) handles your card details directly. We never see or store your full card number.
Like most websites, our server logs basic technical info (IP address, browser type) for security and troubleshooting.
We don't run third-party ad-tracking or analytics scripts on this site. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone. We don't use your data to train AI models beyond what's needed to operate the specific assistant you signed up for.
We use a small number of service providers to actually deliver what you're paying for — never for marketing purposes:
Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf. We don't share your information with anyone else without your permission, unless required by law.
We keep your information for as long as we're actively working with you or you have an active subscription. If you'd like your data deleted — whether you're a customer or just someone who filled out the form — email us and we'll take care of it, unless we're required to retain something (like payment records) for legal or accounting reasons.
If you use The Receptionist or The Quote Assistant, your customers' calls and texts are processed to answer them and capture the details you asked us to capture (like quote requests). That data is handed to you — it's yours, not ours to keep or use for anything else.
Hired & Ready is a business-to-business service. It's not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top. We won't quietly change how we use your data.
